Numerical vs Normal vs Alphabetical sorting

While it's clear what is the difference between Numerical and Alphabetical sorting, but what is Normal sorting? How does it sort and is it any different from Alphabetical?

But what is the principal difference with Alphabetical sorting then?

you can have difference with accent

Kind of Unicode sorting? While Alphabetical is ANSI sorting?
