Export Dialog - open maximised option

Every time I open the export box, it's quite small. The first thing I do is maximise it so I can properly see the pixel details when zoomed in. I do that every time, but I can see some people might more be interested in the file size.
* Can I recommend it have some way of automatically opening maximised, either by remembering the last state or having an option (or just always doing so). I think it would make sense for the dialog itself to have the option (e.g. "X Dialog remembers size" / "X Dialog always maximised")

looks like dialog
- does not save state if you close it via pressing X in corner OR Esc key
- saves state if you press Export.. (and then Save) OR Cancel buttons
