Output to multipage PDF file

Hoping someone can provide docs on how to process a multi-page PDF using Xnconvert. I read that it has the capability, but haven't figured it out yet, just processes the first page.

Outputting converted single-image files to a multipage PDF is inexplicably not supported, although support has previously been requested... :?:
