Can XnView import Photoshop catalogues?

Hello. I use an old version of Photoshop Elements on a Windows 10 machine. I use it mainly as an organiser and have all my photographs tagged (I think XnView calls these "categories"), and some photographs have added captions as well. Photoshop keeps this associated data in a Catalogue file.

I've recently changed to a Mac and I'm looking for a photo organiser to replace Photoshop, but I need one that can import all my tags as well. Can XnView do this?

If captions and keywords were also embedded in photos, XnviewMP will be able to read them and build it's own catalog... ( settings metadata and settings catalog dialogs)
