If searching for all items assigned to one category,
but not with another (Refining, subtractive, AND).
If searching for all items assigned to one of several categories
(additive, OR).
Both options will typical used frequent alternatively.
Which means in practice:
At every filter operation you have to check which mode
has been set.
So it would be best to have that information obvious at hand (eye
).But as XnViewMP does it now you don't.
It is "hidden" behind a menu you have to open (Realize: every time).
