Currently new to using XnView MP on Mac and it seems very powerful and customizable so far, thank you for this. The one feature that I would like to see implemented if possible that seems missing is the ability to add rounded corners or corner radius to images and have a transparent background.
For example the ImBatch app has this as an action so even if the photo is currently a JPG with no transparency, you can just add the Round Corners task, choose your radius (ex: 40px) and choose the background color as transparent instead of a solid color then export as a PNG to preserve that transparency. In contrast, the Xnview Add Border action can do rounding but does not let you have a transparent background correct me if I am wrong and not seeing it right.
Since XnView has a far superior UI, great dark mode, is packed with features, and is cross platform this would be my #1 choice and I would just delete the other one. Attached is a screenshot of the task in ImBatch for reference.
