Add the ability to modify the display of image size

When resizing images, it is hoped that XnView can add a function to estimate the volume size of the modified images.
Just like “2345 Image Viewer” software, it can preview the volume size of the modified image.
In many professional and specific scenarios, there are restrictions on the size of images, which allows for a clearer understanding of the modified size.

Yes, this function allows for changing the size of an image without altering its resolution.
What I mean is that this window for reducing image resolution also has the capability to display the modified volume of the image.

this only make sense if app has combined resize+save dialog (like our 1st screenshot)

in XnView, resizing and saving are separate dialogs
the most you can expect from resize dialog - display size of uncompressed image (similar to Photoshop)
