See this post for history, but repeating the gist of it here.
In the Compare function, there is a bar at the bottom for choosing various display options, including "Auto fit," "Grid," "Info," "CRC," "Histogram," and "Navigator.".
When using the Custom theme (I personally have not checked the other themes), the checkboxes to activate any of the above are poorly placed. Schematically, it looks like this:
□ Auto fit□ Grid□ Info□ CRC□ Histogram□ Navigator
and here's an image of it:
This creates confusion, because someone wanting to display e.g. Info is convinced that they need to check the checkbox just after the word Info. But that's not the case. They need to check the box before the word Info... the one touching the word "Grid."
That alignment needs to be as follows:
□Auto fit □Grid □Info □CRC □Histogram □Navigator
A simple "polishing up" thing, but nonetheless functionally non-negligible.
To reproduce:
1. Set Theme to "Custom" (Tools > Settings > General > Theme)
2. Select multiple images to compare, then Tools > Compare... (or Shift+C)
Actual behaviour (bug): Schematically the checkboxes look like this:
□ Auto fit□ Grid□ Info□ CRC□ Histogram□ Navigator
Expected behaviour: Schematically, the checkoxes should look like this:
□Auto fit □Grid □Info □CRC □Histogram □Navigator
