New paste method

Latest "paste with opacity" is nice but implementation is not user friendly:

Opacity/size dialog is an extra line on the menu resulting in on-screen image size change (twice, down on ctrl-v and back up on Apply). Upon "apply" selection is now reset so we can't move it and easily paste the same size but different place

I'd suggest to make this new paste_with_opacity as a separate paste function (Shift-V?) keeping original paste (CTRL-V) as simple as it was

For new method please assign "Apply" to ENTER so user don't have to move mouse and click

Have to correct myself, old method still exists, it's called "Paste in selection" and is available from the Edit menu. So just needed to redefine keyboard shortcut and voila - I'm happy again
