Crop... menu entry: No follow up.

In editor when having done a selection
in the context menu (right-mouse-button) there is the menu entry "Crop...".
With the dots you expect a kind of follow-up before executing.
However there is none.
What follow-up was once intended?
If none, remove the dots.

But IF there is a selection:

Would it make sense to open the crop panel anyhow?
If not, no dots should be shown (when there is a selection).
