Center current image thumb in Floating view?

For a fast rating workflow in Fullscreen, it would be nice if the current image's thumb in the pinned Floating view would be centered, so I could see what images follow next.

Is this something that could be implemented? : )

I think this would be nice as an option. Removing the current behavior would annoy some people.

Sure, I wouldn't mind this being an option rather than the default behavior. : )

Another idea would be an option to remember the "pinned" state together with the custom size I've set for the Floating view, so whenever I have to leave Fullscreen and come back to it, the Floating view is automatically active again. Does that make sense?

I agree that the panel sizes and pinned status in floating view should be remembered.
