General - Session - improve functionality

Browser/Viewer - session
session menu
- only available in Browser tab
- does not show open tabs
- does not store open Browser tab (works similarly to 'Open file list...' command)

Suggestion

improve_session.png

• add Session menu to Viewer

• improve Session menu
  - keep/show open folder/images
  - click on folder/image - focus related tab

I wonder if this would be better done (at least partly) on the Tab menu (View->Tab)?

That menu is available in both Browser and Viewer, and seems a natural place to list open tabs.

I agree Session should be available in the Viewer. It's just a question of where to most intuitively list open tabs. I suspect View-Tab will be more intuitive for most users than Session in that regard.
