On the main screen, where there is a list of photos, is it possible to show the Exif, Image, Date Taken instead of the Windows file date?
I tried to copy and paste an image here, but couldn't get it to work.

There are many possibilities, so your question is too vague to answer directly (sort of like asking "How do I get to my destination?).
Since it seems you don't have the terminology to ask more precisely, a screenshot illustrating what you need will be needed.
When you are posting, you can attach an image file by using the "Attachments" tab (next to Options) you see below the post editing area. If you can't figure that out, post an image elsewhere and provide a link. Copy/paste doesn't work with images on forums.
