Titlebar is white in dark mode on Windows 11 25h2

Repro:
1) Go to Windows Settings > Personalization > Colors, and make sure "Show accent color on title bars and windows borders" is OFF
2) Go to XnViewMP > Settings > General, and set Theme: Dark

Expected: titlebars in XnViewMP and in all its dialogs should be dark
Actual: all titlebars in XnViewMP are white

Notes: The app should properly handle its own titlebar in dark mode when "Windows personalization" for titlebars and borders is disabled. Windows personalization is not a good workaround as it colorizes the titlebars AND borders with accent color (not dark).
All my other apps have dark titlebars in dark mode, except XnViewMP.
