When the window is resized with a video is open, it's not the correct ratio, and the UI freezes

Hello, I'd like to use XnView as my main video player but cannot because of these issues.

Subject: 1.11.2: When the window is resized with a video is open, it's not the correct ratio, and the UI freezes

XnView: MP 1.11.2 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit

UI freezes and becomes blurry when resizing windows with a video open and the aspect ratio does not adjust.

Effect: The UI does not correct the aspect ratio when resizing the window with a video open. You can still interact with the viewer (e.g. double clicking it returns to the browser and you can open files, but you can't see what you're doing)


To reproduce:
1. Open a video
2. Resize the window
3. Try interacting with UI elements and see it doesn't work (or works but you can't see because the video has frozen)

Expected behaviour: The UI does not freeze and the video is resized to match the new window size
