Cleaning up XnView trying to download files from iCloud Photos

I use iCloud for Windows to download my phone's Photos to my computer. Occasionally, I may delete a photo from my phone or computer which means it is no longer in iCloud online anymore. But XnViiew thinks it is and it sits there with this type of message. Sometimes it eventually skips past the message, but if I start XnView later, it will try to download it again.

How can I clean up XnView so it stops trying to download files that aren't in the cloud anymore?

Try this. Go to Settings, click Catalogue, click the Maintenance button, select all 3 Clean up options to Remove data and then click Run.
