Viewer - pan to coordinates
incorrect behaviour when win DPI scale <>100%
To reproduce:
0. set win DPI scale <>100%, eg to 150%
1. open any big image in Viewer, eg 500x500px
2. make app window smaller, eg ~1000x1000px
3. zoom in to 1600%
4. pan to the top left corner
5. use 'Pan to coordinates...' to pan to x100, y100
x100, y100 coordinates will not be in center of the app window
expected behviour
x100, y100 coordinates to be in the center of the app window
