Can XnView MP find the same images even if they are rotated?
Can XnView MP find the same images even if they are rotated? So images that would be identical without being rotated? It you would rotate them back to their original state they would be identical by content / hash?

Have you actually tried Tools->Find Similar files?
Crank the slider up to 100 with "Similar image content" and find out.
