XnView_MP.glibc2.34-x86_64 (Linux Appimage): "Open with ..." feature not longer working

Hi,

on Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon the XNview feature "Open with ..." (to pass pics or movie files to other apps) has worked well in former versions. With this version of XNview MP this does not longer work. Regardless if the target app is installed at the /bin directory (like e.g. pix or mediainfo-gui) or stored as Appimge (like e.g. losslescut or avidemux). It just happens nothing, no error message or so. This feature worked well in previous versions of the XNview MP Appimage.

Any idea or hints on that?

update: tested with the same version (1.11.5) as flatpack with the same negative result.
