Cropping ratio not working
I need cropping image to portrait 9:16, set up-ed custom ratio, but cropping tool is still in landscape mode.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I agree this is buggy (or at least poor behavior), because the settings entered by the user are not respected.
But you can work around this very simply:
Click the <> button. It's there on the crop toolbar.
That will flip the orientation of any selection marquee you have.
So there is no need to enter 16:9 and 9:16 separately; you just select 16:9 and flip the orientation.
