To me, the date/time change is one of the most important feature expected from this app’ because the tool I used so far for images and videos on Android is becoming obsolete.
I tested all 3 proposed method (Personalised date/time, copy from one field, shift time back or forward). The results of the changes seams correct.
However there are some improvements to study :
1) The Original date and time presented on top looks like the EXIF:Original. May I suggest that in all 3 workflows the Source drop-down list be visible and the value on top reflect this choice. For example, this would allow to source a date/time based on GPS, define a shift (the time-zone) and see what's going to happen.
2) If the above makes sense, the "Personalised" Workflow is no more relevant as the calendar and clock can be moved to the Source list
3) When a shift is applied and the original values of the various fields are not aligned (not identical for whatever reason), the shift is applied individually to each. As a result the fields are still not aligned. In this case, the date/time on top, named Adjusted is not fully relevant. Best to set selected targets to Source ±Shift. Clearer.
4) If screen size allows, display all targets with checkboxes and their (non)Adjusted values (something similar to the desktop version.

you means merge 'Pick' & 'Copy'?2) If the above makes sense, the "Personalised" Workflow is no more relevant as the calendar and clock can be moved to the Source list
you means show output date in result fields (when only 1 file)?3) When a shift is applied and the original values of the various fields are not aligned (not identical for whatever reason), the shift is applied individually to each. yes, when 1 file is selected only?4) If screen size allows, display all targets with checkboxes and their (non)Adjusted values (something similar to the desktop version.

2) If the above makes sense, the "Personalised" Workflow is no more relevant...
I'm unsure it's Pick. On my phone the App is in French. I see 3 workflows : Personnalisé, Copie and Décalage.you means merge 'Pick' & 'Copy'?
If multiple selection, only the results for the fields of the 1st file is shown and used to select the targets.4) If screen size allows, display all targets with checkboxes...

This is more in the process itself.3) When a shift is applied and the original values of the various fields are not aligned (not identical for whatever reason), the shift is applied individually to each. As a result the fields are still not aligned. In this case, the date/time on top, named Adjusted is not fully relevant. Best to set selected targets to Source ±Shift. Clearer.
For example, consider EXIF:Original contains 23 juillet 2026 12:34:07 and EXIF:Modified contains 24 juillet 2026 09:17:12. These are inconsistent.
A shift of +10 seconds sourced from EXIF:Original should result in both fields become 23 juillet 2026 12:34:17 (consistent).
Currently, EXIF:Original is ok but EXIF:Modified becomes 24 juillet 2026 09:17:22, leaving the inconsistency.

Re: Date and Time Adjust feature
Hello Pierre,
v20 looks better, give more capabilities and more visibility on what's going to happen. It's functional, thks.
Still some adjustments, for example under the target field names, to align vertically originals and adjusted dates/times.
Having the file name on top would help as a reference if the metadata was changed or wipped (many phones use a timestamp and most of us does as well).
One thing is missing from v19. When multiple files are selected, there was a text explaining the data shown relates to the 1st file, used as a sample. This helps understand the process as we cannot swipe from one file to another.
The results of the changes seems correct as far as I can see, except for the Shift workflow, already discussed. You suggested to use "Custom". Actually it doesn't help, I think. The main reason to use the Shift workflow is to restore the actual time because the phone or camera wasn't set to the right time or timezone. Another justification is when one want to change the order of a set of picture by moving some at a later or earlier time.
The result of such change should be all fields shows the same date and time, to ensure correct sorting at time if display. If one wants to keep one fields disaligned he can unchecked this field in the target but I believe this would be exceptional.

I need to think about it, currently it's like XnView desktopThe results of the changes seems correct as far as I can see, except for the Shift workflow, already discussed.
