Today I tested the video playback in Xnview mobile.
After a finger touch on a video thumbnail, I only see a fullscreen picture of the first frame from the video file and the info text (filename, width, height of the picture, etc.). The video does not play automatically.
After a second finger touch on the first frame picture, the photo details view is visible and the video playback starts perfect without info text.
In my opinion it will be better if the video playback directly starts in fullscreen view. I would remove the photo details headline and use fullscreen view.

Re: V 1.0 (21) - video playback - first picture frame - photo details view
I agree, the movie should be watched in full-screen mode, where after tapping, an icon with information about the file would appear next to the settings. After tapping it, we would see the 'Photo details' view with a frozen frame of the video and all available information, just like with photos.
