PDF files with unicode filenames can only be opened from C: drive

PDF files with unicode filenames can only be opened from C: drive

Subject: 1.11.5: pdf files with unicode filename cannot be opened from another drive but C:

XnView: MP 1.11.5 64 bit
GS 10.07.1 64 bit
OS: Windows 11 64 bit 25h2

Pdf file in attachment (unicode filename) can only be opened with XnView MP from drive c:\ (enywhere in c:).
But if moved to drive D: or another local drive - XnView MP -> Error File can`t be loaded!
If rename it to ascii/english - all ok.

Effect: can't work with files from another drives.

To reproduce:
1. Open attached `йцук.pdf` file from disk d:

Actual behaviour (bug): File can`t be loaded!

Expected behaviour: Show file
