V24 Slideshow - dimmed off screen

I tested the slideshow function on my tablet and the screen get dimmed off after e.g. 15-20 seconds.
I did not use an energy saver function on my android system.
Is it possible to add a switch to disable the standard timeout for display get off?
I saw this feature in other gallery apps and find it very useful.
