v29 - settings menu - language selection - english - app close after start

I tried the new language menu to change the default system language to english.
The app directly close and I start it again.
My system ask me to clean the app cache. I did it.
The app directly close after the start.
I must clean app data and cache to get it started.

I think this feature is currently in development for different languages.
