XnView: MP 1.11.5 64 bit
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
JXL 48 bit files which showed in older versions of XNview correct property of 48 bit in "properties" and info line appear now as 24 bit. I tested new encodings of 48 bit Tiffs with XL Converter and Gimp (which handle 16 bit depth) with same result : the files appear now with 24 bit property in last version of XNview -maybe some older ones.
Effect: bad info displayed only
To reproduce:
Just view info line or properties of 48 bit JXL file obtained with XL converter or Gimp. The original Tiffs or PNG keep showing correct 48 bit properties.
Actual behaviour (bug): show uncorrect 24 bit depth of 48 bit JXL
Expected behaviour: show correct 48 bit bit depth of 48 bit JXL

Are you able to provide a test file stating in which software the file was produced, if necessary using a download link?
