1.11.15 - Category Sets search blanks on use of number pad

The search bar at the top of the Category Sets tab returns no results if you use the number pad to enter a number. This does not happen if you use the top row number keys. Pressing backspace to restores search results.

Effect: Unable to easily assign categories with numbers in

To reproduce:
1. Create a category, the one I was using was "British Rail Class 158"
2. Start typing "Class "
3. The category "British Rail Class 158" will appear
4. Use numberpad to type "1"
5. The search results will disappear.
6. Use numberpad to enter "58"
7. Press backspace. Search results will reappear.

Actual behaviour (bug): Search results disappear when using numberpad

Expected behaviour: Search results should appear whether using numberpad or top-row number keys.
