Video thumbnail caching failure affecting 4K resolution video files

Issue: Video thumbnail caching failure specifically affecting 4K resolution files. Thumbnails for FHD and lower resolutions video files are generated and persisted correctly in the database, whereas 4K video thumbnails fail to be stored and are rebuilt every time the folder is accessed. No configuration or settings changes resolve this behavior.

Steps to Reproduce:
Place a mixed set of video files (including high-resolution 4K video files) into a directory.
Allow thumbnails to generate, then exit the folder. Return to the folder.
This way you will see that the thumbnails for 4K files will be regenerated again instead of loaded instantly from the Database.

Expected Behavior: All thumbnails, including 4K video files, should be persistently stored in the database, matching the behavior of previous stable versions (e.g., v1.10.5 x64 works OK).
