EXR Alpha

When I open a multi-layer exr images* in Xnview, the Alpha is always ON and it hides the sky. Any idea how to open it with *disabled* alpha? If its currently not possible, it'd be great to have this option in the future. Thanks

its like PS, which version do you use?

its because I resized it in PS to fit this forum, sorry. here's an original from 3d program - no sky in Xnview

you can use 'View>Use alpha channel'

but could disabling "Don't use alpha channel" become permanent (including thumbnails)?

  1. uncheck 'Use alpha channel' in Settings > Thumbnails
  2. rebuild thumbnails (eg in Settings > Maintenance)
