Thank you for the "Remove Horizontal/Vertical Strip" feature. I'd like to suggest adding an "insert strip" feature as well.

These days, many people scan documents for study purposes, and they often run out of space in the middle of an image to add their own notes or explanations. So, as the counterpart to "Remove Horizontal/Vertical Strip," I'd like to suggest an "Insert Horizontal/Vertical Strip" feature.
