Strangely-corrupted thumbnails

I have certain .jpg photos which have thumbnails with strange colours and bands across them. When opened, it looks OK. Unfortunately, I can't upload it as it's ~4Mb in size and there's a 2Mb limit, and if I resize it, the thumbnail looks normal. Thumbnails of the full-size look normal with Windows Explorer.

Are you able to provide a download link, for example if you have a Google account from Google Drive with the file marked as available to anyone?
