Folder thumbnail no longer shows the first image inside a ZIP archive (Regression in 1.9.0+)

try both of his archives with clean .ini (1.11.x-1.12.1) - no thumbnail for i-006_壓縮最佳.zip

thumb only shows when I archive this image with Store compression level
on the other hand it does not help with other images

I would like to clarify and refocus on the exact issue I am reporting:

There is no issue with uncompressed ZIP archives displaying their own thumbnails.
The problem I have been reporting all along is whether the parent folder containing the uncompressed ZIP archive can correctly display its folder thumbnail.

Please see the attached screenshots for reference:

XnView MP v1.11.7 (Broken version):

Image 1: Displays the thumbnail for the uncompressed ZIP file itself correctly.

you have exactly same statements

I can reproduce with default settings:
1.3.1-1.11.2 - parent folder has image on thumbnail (from i-004_僅儲存.zip)
1.11.4 and above - parent folder has no image on thumbnail
