Bug: Preview doesn't update when changing images is certain situations

Hi,

I want to report a but affecting the input field. I recorded a video of it too, I will post it if needed. This bug was first introduced in 1.116 version and is still present in 1.118. It was not present in 1.115.

Description:

1. Open the program and drag an image in the input field in the "Input" tab.

2. Go to "Actions" tab - the image is displayed in the "Preview" field correctly.

3. Go back to "Input" tab. Drag another image in the input field. Remove the first image. (Let's say you're done working on the first one and you want to do similar actions on a second image)

4. Go to the "Actions" tab - the image displayed in the "Preview" field is still the first one (that has been removed).

5. Click on "Apply actions" button to try to refresh the preview - nothing happens.

6. Click once on the "Update preview" button (to disable the preview auto updating). Click it a second time - the preview is now updated. Still, it doesn't auto update if you change images in the input tab.

Notes:

- If you first remove all off the old images (empty the input field) and then add new images, then the bug is not present and the preview updates correctly.

- When the preview is stuck with and old image, changing actions in the "Actions" field DOES apply to the currently displayed (the incorrect one) image in the preview field.

- On version 1.115, with the described scenario, when I click on "Apply actions" button OR change actions in the "Actions" field, the preview updates automatically (given the "update preview" function is enabled).
