Image loading is abnormally slow v1.12.2 (win11)

[alee001]

Since updating to this version, both previewing thumbnails and adding batch files have been loading abnormally slowly. For example, after adding 103 JPEG images (approximately 33MB) to the folder, it took more than a minute to load the thumbnails!?

[xnview]

if you restart xnview in this folder, no slow thumbnails loading?
If you try to 'View>rebuild thumbnails' on these 103 files?
jpeg have embedded thumbnail?
