When hold left mouse button in center of image to zoom 100% then i can drag mouse - image moves around the cursor nicely.
When hold left mouse button in center of image to zoom 100% then additionally press + on numpad to zoom more e.g. 400% then drag mouse - image view jumps to upper left corner of image rather than staying in the center.
p.s. note the location of view in lower right corner of video.
