rc1: fullscreen from Windows redraw problem

rc1: delete ini, set General>Startup>Start View in Fullscreen, View>Fullscreen>Auto Image Size to Fit image do window, all.
Close XnView.
Open FROM WINDOWS an image bigger that desktop.
Image is displayed in parts, XnView GUI elements are visible, replaced by image.
This is much more visible in 1.80 but still can be seen in 1.82rc1.

Yes, a known problem with fullscreen from view mode. Will not be fix in this version, sorry.
