RC1: Nero entry available for nothing? (minor issue)

RC1: Nero entry available for nothing? (minor issue)

- Open XnView and don't select anything!
- Create menu -> CD with (Nero Burning Rom)...
- It does nothing without having something selected!

So it should be greyed out until a folder/s or file/s have been selected.
