Preview fullscreen requires scan headers (or thumbnails) to work on common image extensions.
V.1.80.3 does not require this.
How to reproduce:
a. Press F11 on image in browser "bmp" "jpg". All it does is flicker and do nothing.
Settings:
Do not use any kind of scan headers, thumbnail, thumbnail cache.
rc2: Preview fullscreen requires scan information.

My Steps:
- Turn off ALL Scan File Headers
- Disable Cache
- Change Thumbnail mode to Details mode
- F11 does nothing!
This must be fixed ASAP.

My mouse cursor just disappeared in XnView, must be a GUI leak as well
