Stripe of images: Automatic resize - English wording

Post by helmut »

The option to automatically resize images when creating a stripe of images (Create > Stripe of images) is really good.
Currently, the option is named "Resize automatically", which is correct. But I wonder whether "Automatically adjust height or width, respectively" wouldn't be clearer.

At least it'd be too long for my liking.

• Hi !

- I tested in French something like :
"Resize automatically ¦Height OR width¦"
(Redimensionner automatiquement ¦Hauteur OU largeur¦)
- I guess it's clearer, and there is room enough to enlarge the control at width (and it's longer in French…).

- I would suggest too an info static text-control to add under that tick-box :
The original images'll stay untouched. The strip'll use copies…
- It could fit easily, even in German, French etc. … In fact, it fits…
• What do you think ?
