I prefer to use keyboard to browse images.
but the problem is scroll speed in xnview
is kinda slow for me.
It'll great if it has option to set speed for scroll.
Option to set scroll speed

Hardware---

- As far as I experienced for years, the scroll speed is related to the hardware of the PC itself, not to any programme…
- Here, with a 2.4 GHz CPU-Ø and 512 MB-(DD)RAM, it's quite acceptable.
With my old P1 @ 166 MHz - 192 MB (SD) RAM it's slower…

Re: Option to set scroll speed
I agree, in XnView scrolling with the mouse wheel is too slow. In case of XnView I doubt that this depends on the speed of the PC. I think it's the way XnView interprets the clicks sent by the mouse wheel. Currently, scrolling with mouse is far too slow for most users, perhaps simply the internal default of XnView could be changed. Sure enough, an option would be good and make this most flexible.Silver wrote:I prefer to use keyboard to browse images.

I don't think it related to hardware.
ACDSee 3.1 (currently used) is faster than xnview.
and ACDSee v7 is over fast and not smooth.
It kinda like press shift+arrow-down in xnview.
It feel like jump, and I loose track of where the
last position in image that I looked. I must use
a little time to fine them. Not feel like scroll at all.
It'd be great if it has an option to set scroll speed.
So everyone can set it to speed they like.
PS : I use 2.8 GHz CPU and 1G Ram
