RC2: Minor: Several items for [..] should be disabled

Several items for [..] item in context menu in browser should be disabled, I think all except these: Open, Refresh, Stop, (Properties?) and Exit.

I'm not sure about 'Properties', there is wrong name of folder, but correct directory, but it should be also disabled rather IMO.

I agree, however given it's only minor it should be left for XnView 1.83.

Let Pierre decide, maybe it's very easy to remove these items, but not very important, of course.

Context menu disabled completely for [..] item. I'll move it to Postponed, since it's not the best solution, but not too important.
