Heh! Your own program supports them, but you've never heard of them?

I would assume that either they are natively supported, or are in the mass plguins download. I have never specifically installed a plugin for them, but I habitually install all available formats plugins.

400 supported formats are too many to remember... ..but looking up in the help or info dialog may help. ;-) Thanks, Drahken.

There's a FAQ about format support, see "Does XnView support graphic format .xyz?"

The formats page ( http://perso.wanadoo.fr/pierre.g/xnview/enformats.html ) indicates that the vic/vicar format is natively supported. Unless Mike L has some other format with the .vic extension (in which case, xnview doesn't currently support it at all, with or without a plugin), he doesn't need any plugin for it.

Try option 'General>Startup>'Use all formats available'
This will expand the Info>'Supported formats' listing also.
