RMB+MMB (and LMB+MMB) doesn't work the same as Lock Zoom (Ctrl+Numpad /), it works just to enable lock zoom, to to disable it.
RMB+LMB (and LMB+RMB) doesn't work the same as Fit to window, large only, if Lock Zoom is enabled, it will disable it too.
Maybe too late to fix...
