Insert a color management option (switch to AdobeRGB)

Post by JohnL, a fan »

HELLO EVERY ONE!!

Many fans of a more serious photography take pictures using the color profile
AdobeRGB witch gives you some nice benefits (more detailed color tones).
Could you PLEASE include a code so XnView can identify these images and show them with this profile...
If a jpg using AdobeRGB is shown in a sRGB environment will be shown with wrong color tones (that's why I ask that...).

It would be nice too if you could make it optional option for the users.

I hope it's not too difficult to be done, though it will make XnView so profetional!!

And not to forget, please make xnview to load Canon RAW images litle faster, please..!

Thank you a lot!

I agree, support for AdobeRGB (1998) would be great, we use it as standard profile at my company, and I know many others use it as well. I've been thought that it's superior to sRGB.
