"filter by image" and [..] bug 1.82

found a bug, i have activated the "filter by image" option and i dont see the "..." when i activate "filter by all" i see the "..."

I think this is "by design" although the normal folders shouldn't shown as well.

In 1.80, you have not this problem?

yep on xnview 1.80.3 is all fine

In 1.80, you have not this problem?

But there is no such option ([..]), so it's normal.

Folders and [..] item could be always enabled/disabled (by options 'items displayed'), also if 'filter' is used maybe.

i have already activated the [..] option in "items displayed" it doesnt work when i use the "filter by image" or video or sounds or archiv.

'Items displayed' is used only for 'Custom" filter and has nothing to do with the others.

But if you need [..] item, you can't use filter, so what about this?

Good to read.

We should investigate this a bit further (but not in this topic). I really think that the "Custom filter" settings and the other filters are a bit confusing. See also my post in topic Filter vs. Items displayed.

[..] and folders are always visible if they are enabled in options - items displayed. I think it's good.

But folders are always visible, even if they are disabled in options - items displayed - a bug - it should work the same as [..].
