Hello. I first want to say I have been using XnView for years now with much satisfaction. I had a problem today. I upgraded to the new version of 1.82.3 and I goofed. I didn't uninstall the older version first. But the new version came up just fine nonetheless. I configured the settings and then I added the Adobe plug in, even though I don't know what it's for. Then this morning I found that the Adobe icon on my start menu was now displaying the XnView Icon! I don't want this, because I will be confused which program I am clicking on, so I restored my XP system to earlier setting, and reinstalled XnView. But this time I uninstalled the old restored file first! Then I reinstalled the new XnView. I got the Adobe Acrobat Icon to work right again, so it was not the XnView one. But now I don't think I have all of the icon "skins" that I used to have and I don't know where they went. Right now I am able to pick from 10 different skins, but I think I used to have more. I'm sure I had 2 versions of XP icons to pick from, and now I only have one. I wonder what happened?
In version 1.82.0 a new button (“Filter”) for the browser toolbar was added, but some toolbar skins haven't been updated (yet).
So it's probably those skins that are missing in version 1.82.3.
