Ctrl+R no longer recreates cache

Even in some 1.82 betas Ctrl+R used to recreate cache.
This functionality seems to be lost, it seems to be the same as F5 now.
I believe it is a bug.

Right, it's a request. Now Ctrl+R or F5 only check thumbnails.
Why do you want to recreate cache? Perhaps i must add a Ctrl+F5 or Shift+Ctrl+R??

I recreate cache after I change thumbnail settings and as a way of doing "Optimize" for single directory.
Anyway, I can always just delete directory cache from Options, but the menu option/shortcut was more convenient.
