DX: All transition effects and configuration

Add all transition effects from deluxe version (and maybe even some more) and configuration dialog.

Haha. I misunderstood "DX" for DirectX.
I'm not even sure if DXImageTransform has much to do with DirectX.
But most of you know those transitions from Internet Explorer, FrontPage slides etc...
