More powerful Exif and IPTC editing function

I understand in XnView, one can edit IPTC for photo, the function is somewhat limited. Also editing exif almost does not exist.
I don't need to change the data like Camera manufacturer, aperture, shuttler, but some function would be nice, eg sometimes, went overseas, but forgot to change the time in the camera, and there is no way to adjust the time stamp in batch, I mean to add/subtract n hours to the time of the file, not to change every photo to a same time.

I know there is a quite powerful program called Exifer which has a lot of features.

I'll add the feature to change date/time in EXIF

Please add the posibility to edit EXIF tags like IPTC. I usualy like to modify the copyright and author tags in exif, also comment tag is important. A good idea may be batch options as well or default adding some tags while saving files.

This would definitely be helpful. Particularly since Flickr reads EXIF "created" dates (Flickr doesn't read IPTC dates for some reason). It would be nice to be able to change the EXIF dates in XnView. Thanks!!
