Batch resize with the same options as single image resize?

First of all, thank you very much for this wonderful piece of software. Two weeks ago i switched entirely from using various programs for my digital photo workflow (Irfanview amogst others) to XnView. I am very impressed.

I have two questions / requests:
1. Is it possible to have the same options dialog for batch resize as the dialog in single image resize? Im referring to the "custom" dropdown menu with preset sizes which is very handy.
2. Is it possible to reconfigure shortcuts? F.ex. with Irfanview I used F and E extensively (fullsize, EXIF info).
